Rudy Project is expanding its outdoor sports range with the Voyager, a new eyewear model for activities in extreme environments, and introducing the ImpactX Laser Summit 0-4 HDR, the first photochromic lens in the ImpactX family with variable protection from category 0 to 4.

The combination of these two new products is aimed at athletes who encounter very different light conditions over the course of a single day – from use at night or in the early morning, through shade, to intense sunlight at high altitude.

The key innovation lies in the wide photochromic range of the ImpactX Laser Summit 0-4 HDR. Light transmission varies from 80% to 5%: the lens adapts to conditions ranging from very low light to intense sunlight, making it ideal for outdoor activities in extreme environments such as high mountains or deserts.

ImpactX technology integrates the photochromic function into the lens material rather than applying it as a surface coating. The material is also unbreakable.

HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology improves contrast and sharpens the perception of detail. The lens provides full UV protection.

Voyager weighs just 34 grams and features an adjustable nose pad, removable side shields and a central ventilation opening that can be closed.

The range comprises six variants. The recommended retail price is €174.90 for the version with an RP-Optics lens, €239.90 for models with an ImpactX lens and €244.90 for the polarized version with a Polar-3FX lens.
