Sticking climbing skins onto flimsy foils with frozen fingers is a thing of the past with Gipfelsackerl. Removing the skins is literally done in a flash, even in the worst weather conditions. With the practical ski skin sleeves "made in Bavaria" from sports polyester, ski or splitboard skins can be pulled off, rolled up, and stowed away in seconds, even with gloves on. The sleeves are each 70 cm long, 19 cm wide, and are thus suitable for all standard touring skins up to two meters in length. To ensure the ski skin sleeves are not lost in the snow, they come in eight highly visible colors. They are also machine washable at 30 degrees. The special fabric, manufactured in Europe to Oeko-Text standard, is robust, lint-free, smooth on both sides, and comfortable to grip. The ski skin sleeves are sewn, packed, and shipped in two social institutions in Southern Germany, which receive a large portion of the production & shipping costs.
