New season, new level: Sweet Protection takes all-mountain further

One helmet, one pair of goggles, one goal: the whole mountain. Sweet Protection enters the FW26 season with the updated Switcher 2Vi® Mips helmet and the latest generation of Boondock II RIG® goggles. Both products have been specifically refined to meet the demands of modern all-mountain skiers and designed to work perfectly together. Together, they deliver comfort, protection and performance for long days on the mountain.

The Switcher is one of Sweet Protection’s most successful all-mountain helmets, and with the 2Vi® Mips, Sweet Protection has made further targeted improvements to both safety and comfort. A new shell with variable elasticity works with an updated hybrid construction to absorb impact energy even more effectively, while Mips Evolve delivers noticeably reduced rotational forces.

The results speak for themselves: 14% better results in impact tests and 6% less weight compared with the previous model. On the mountain, the difference is immediately apparent, as the helmet feels noticeably lighter while offering even better protection. The revised, lower-profile silhouette gives the Switcher a more modern, cleaner look.

Larger ventilation channels and an optimised internal structure ensure a comfortable climate in all weather conditions, controlled via a central dial at the back of the head that can be adjusted quickly on the go. Soft contact points, balanced weight distribution and a precisely adjustable fit system also help the helmet accommodate as many head shapes as possible. The Switcher 2Vi® Mips was tested in 223 different impact scenarios – a clear statement of commitment to top-level performance and safety in the all-mountain segment.

The Boondock II RIG® is the next generation of a proven pair of goggles: it builds on the strengths of its predecessor and features an even cleaner, more pared-back design. The semi-frameless construction gives it a minimalist, contemporary look.

On the technical side, the Boondock II features a new cylindrical lens that significantly expands peripheral vision. At 2.8 mm thick, it is also particularly impact-resistant and designed for durability. Despite its cylindrical shape, the lower section of the lens is 3D-shaped to minimise reflections, while RIG® technology delivers high contrast with colour reproduction that is as natural as possible. A Clear AF inner lens completes the vision package with reliable anti-fog protection. Snap-in straps and interchangeable designs make the Boondock II RIG® easy to personalise.
