The Backland UL CTD combines an ultralight construction with Shocksense, Atomic's new smart helmet technology featuring an integrated SOS function for added safety on tours, alongside impact detection that monitors the helmet's condition, all certified to multi-norm standards. Inside the shell, impact protection is up to 40% higher than industry safety standards require, thanks to Holocore and AMID (Atomic Multi-directional Impact Deflector). Equipped with a Full Cap ski liner, Skimo liner, headlamp retainer, removable strap station, and a reflective element for enhanced visibility in the dark.
