The SALATHE LITE is almost 20% lighter than its big brother! We've achieved this weight reduction by using Curv® material instead of the classic ABS shell. Curv® represents the latest generation of extremely high-performance thermoplastic material. It exhibits similar properties to fibre-reinforced composites like carbon: good stiffness, high tensile strength, and exceptionally high impact resistance – all while maintaining a very low weight. The helmet's shape is specifically designed for use with ski goggles.
