The Vreneli climbing skins are the result of our patented Profibre technology. Uphill grip and glide properties, which are typically opposing characteristics, are maintained at a high level. The Profibre fibre is highly abrasion-resistant and remains like new even after thousands of vertical metres of use. The climbing skins are lightweight and pack down to a small size. These climbing skins can be used in the mountains without a protective net – always insert a net for storage. Furthermore, Vreneli climbing skins require 50% fewer resources to produce. All prices

The RACE are arguably the fastest climbing skins on the market. Their 100% mohair fibre construction has been further optimised for perfect glide. The trade-off is slightly less grip. When not in use, we employ a protective mesh to shield the hotmelt adhesive layer. Colltex incorporates additional coatings: Colltex-Edge to prevent fraying and Colltex-Drybase to inhibit water absorption. Furthermore, the RACE climbing skins are specifically woven for even better glide.

Thanks to their 100% natural fibre construction, they offer perfect glide, particularly in fresh, dry, and cold snow. Wear and tear may be slightly higher on hard, icy snow.
