Leki Guide Extreme V

The Guide Extreme V was developed for ambitious ski tourers and is equipped with the innovative and extremely lightweight Core Locking Device (CLD) folding pole technology, as well as the new Trigger Vertical Strap. The unique Trigger Vertical Strap, specifically developed for ski tourers, has been completely redesigned for the 2019/20 winter season. Alpinists benefit from more freedom in grip variations upwards. At the same time, the strap impresses with a perfect fit and the proven advantages of the Trigger System. The upper segments of the pole are made of carbon, while the lower part consists of high-strength HTS 6.5 aluminum. This combines low weight with high resistance, even for extreme uses. The touring pole convinces with a packed length of 42 cm and can be quickly assembled and disassembled thanks to the new CLD folding pole technology. The Binding Basket, specially developed for ski tourers, allows comfortable operation of bindings and climbing aids.
