With the DIRACT VOICE avalanche transceiver, Ortovox ushers in a new era for avalanche emergency equipment. As the world's first avalanche transceiver with voice navigation, it reliably guides the rescuer quickly to the buried person in an emergency, using clear and distinct voice commands. The design is notably minimalist and logical, featuring just a single operating button, an extra-large display, and a practical toggle switch for seamless transitions between transmit and search modes, ensuring the device remains easy to operate even with gloves on. Further features of this 3-antenna device include integrated Smart-Antenna Technology (the device automatically switches to the best transmitting antenna), a flagging function for multiple burials, and a secondary avalanche switchover in search and standby modes. The DIRACT VOICE is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which, unlike conventional batteries, cannot leak. Conveniently, updates and configuration are handled independently via the ORTOVOX App.
